Ross will be publishing a book with Northern Lights Press due out
Spring/Summer 2010. The working title is "Building your Own Brand Strategy
in 10 Easy Steps" and it will be a primer on all things brand and
marketing and how to easily build a powerful brand foundation that makes
marketing easier, less expensive and less time consuming. Her goal is to help
businesses of all sizes see that it is not hard (or expensive) to create a
killer brand that attracts rabid fans - it just requires some upfront
thought and strategy.
She will profile businesses who
have a strong brand, both visually and experientially, in sidebar paragraphs
throughout the book. If anyone has unique ways they convey their brand through
visual elements (logo, website, colors, store décor) and experiential
/operational elements (hiring practices, customer service policies, etc.), they
