Candice Caldwell is a Ladies Who Launch enthusiast and Facilitator for Bellevue and the Eastside; an entrepreneur, eco-fashion pioneer, and brandsmith.  With over 10 years of experience in marketing, branding, and retail, Candice thrives on building brand-centric strategies for small business owners. 

As a Ladies Who Launch Facilitator and in her consultancy, she facilitates brand visioning for new entrepreneurs, but she is also intimately familiar with the challenges faced by small business owners as the founder of Fashion Ethic, an online boutique specializing in Fashionably Responsible apparel and accessories. 

Prior to launching Fashion Ethic, Candice crafted directional strategies for local brands like InSpa, Ravenna Gardens, and Hestia Cellars at companies like The Retail Group, eProject.com, and her own consultancy, Retail Bootcamp. 

She is a believer in creating brands with soul that speak to customers on an emotional level and form a foundation on which companies can grow.
