In the next year, she's expanding her vision and utilizing her 15 years of recruiting expertise to start a consulting service for Web 2.0 technology start-ups that are founded by female entrepreneurs in New York.

After an in depth evaluation, Lillya will provide a comprehensive recruiting plan to the rapidly growing company.
