When we establish rituals in our lives, we make room for creative ideas to surface.

Here's why: Rituals and routines eliminate the need for making constant choices which allows us to conserve our energy and use it for other things. The only danger in this strategy is "structure overkill" which actually works against creativity, pigeonholing our brains into thinking in only one direction. The trick is to balance structure with open-mindedness for optimal results.
However, eliminating having to make too many choices on a daily basis is a great starting point for letting your creativity thrive.
