My dream business is one of providing people with the emotional support and resources needed to assist them in getting their lives and health on track in order that they may realize their full potential. Once people understand that they hold the power to make the necessary changes that will enhance their health and happiness, they can transfer that knowledge to other areas of their lives.

My biggest inspiration comes from seeing other people make a difference through caring and taking action, especially grassroots type activities. I realize that we all have the potential for doing great things by becoming involved in some meaningful activity.

My biggest inspiration comes from seeing other people make a difference through caring and taking action, especially grassroots type activities. I realize that we all have the potential for doing great things by becoming involved in some meaningful activity.

I enjoy volunteering with the Nature Conservancy on local projects as well as, helping with a variety of other causes. My husband and I participated in the United Cerebral Palsy fundraiser this past summer in downtown Cleveland. I am involved with the Humility of Mary Volunteer Service group which supports various local service projects.

My activities include hiking, biking, yoga, enjoying nature, attending a variety of music concerts and plays, watching movies or a good comedy show, and exploring the many wineries in the state. Any of these activities also serve as excellent stress relievers, as well as, dark chocolate, of course.
