Based in Portland, Oregon, I partner with corporate professionals, business owners and developing leaders to formulate their growth strategy, develop their personal leadership style and ensure that their goals are achieved. I am building my legacy by moving my clients to become inspired and authentic leaders who create a transformational impact within their businesses and communities. My services are offered in the form of private coaching sessions, business incubator workshops, leadership development seminars, public speaking and as a writer.

I am a native Californian and had the unique experience of growing up in the cities of Atlanta; Wimbledon, England and La Jolla, California. I earned a B.A. in Psychology from Boston College and a M.S.W. degree from Smith College. I completed my psychotherapy license while working at Cornell Medical School’s teaching hospital in Manhattan. I then went on to work on Novartis’ Manhattan Management Development Sales Team. In order to bridge my clinical training with my business experience, I was certified by the Organizational Development Program at New York University and the Core Essentials Program at Coach University. I also draw from my experience with my family’s international management consulting business that patented the COBRA Scan. The COBRA Scan is an early warning and response system that keeps an organization aligned with the dynamics of the business environment. I am also the Oregon Market Director for ‘Ladies Who Launch’, the world’s largest community of female entrepreneurs, as well as the Career Management writer for the Portland Examiner.
