I spent 20 years on Wall Street, first at JP Morgan Chase where I spent 10 years advising companies in the areas of financing, acquisitions and investing. Most of the deals were multi billion dollar transactions for Fortune 500 companies. From there, I went to Lehman Brothers where I fine tuned my skills in sales and marketing. I sold complex investment products including structured credit and credit derivatives. My philosophy is - No one buys a product they don't understand.

With skincare I recognized a hole in what seemed to be an over-saturated market: anti aging products that had clinical support; were beautiful in texture and had SPF 30. I was a disbeliever as there was little to no factual support. So I created my own product which has clinical studies; hired a team of scientists to do further studies, did beta tests in different age groups; and formulated based on what people want and need.

I spent a career taking difficult concepts and putting them into english. On Wall street the underlying was mathematics and here it is biology and chemistry. Skincare shouldn't be complicated and women/men should understand the effectiveness of their products. Hence, we've done the homework so you don't have to....life is complicated and beauty shouldn't be.
