What is true wellness? |

True wellness is a balanced blend of nutrition, movement and fulfillment. You truly are what you eat: your cells require proper nourishment to maintain your health and vitality. But eating a healthy diet to nourish yourself is not enough. Your body was designed to move – without movement muscles waste away and joints stiffen. Activate your body – your muscles, joints and bones will all be stronger. Proper nutrition and exercise are the building blocks to a strong, healthy body that will allow you to enjoy life to its fullest. That is the third piece of the wellness puzzle – fulfillment. Fulfillment allows you to truly thrive. It gives you purpose and joy, reducing the stresses of life that can negatively impact your health.
