I am building my dream business and living a good part of my dream life now - working from my home office overlooking the water and the foothills of the Laurentians, enjoying the flexibility to pursue my passions and thrive with my family. Eventually, my business will grow and allow me to enjoy more travel adventures - both for business and for pleasure. I am most inspired by the awe and beauty of nature. I am blessed to live in such a naturally beautiful small town on the Ottawa River. The sunshine, the fresh air, the water, the wildlife - all these things are fantastic inspirations and stress relievers. I can spend my "lunch break" hiking in the forest, walking the beach, canoeing, swimming, biking, skating (once the water freezes!) and cross-country skiing.

I firmly believe that every one of us needs to remember daily that our health is our greatest asset.
