As a psychotherapist, I am passionate about helping people make sense of their lives and find ways to make their every day as gratifying as possible. Roadblocks often include unhappy love relationships, difficulties with family/in-laws, young and adult children, field of work/non-productive work relationships, relational or environmental trauma, and life difficulties we all face. There is no one on the planet that hasn't encountered an emotional challenge. Sometimes seeking professional help in dealing with personal problems can make all the difference in the world. The first step is to reach out for help, which can be scary/difficult in and of itself. I am sensitive to this and want prospective clients to know that all feelings are welcome in my office. Feelings are not facts, and all feelings are legiitimate even if they seem irrational
