How do I register on Ladies Who Launch?

  1. Go to the Register page and enter your contact information. Make sure to use a current, working email address since this will be used not only to confirm your registration, but as your account identification when signing to your Ladies Who Launch account.
  2. Choose a password and confirm it. Passwords must be at least 6 characters long. Try to choose a password that is not easy to guess or based on commonly used words like 'password' or '123456'.
  3. Continue the registration process by filling out the optional sections of the registration form. We value your privacy greatly. Please read our Privacy policy for more details.
  4. The final step of the registration involves reading our Terms of Service and clicking the checkbox indicating that you have done so and are in agreement.
  5. If all goes well, you will be automatically signed in to your account. You will also receive a 'Welcome to Ladies Who Launch' confirmation email.

I can't find the confirmation email, where is it?

It may have ended up in your junk mail folder. To prevent this in the future, you can add support@ladieswholaunch.com to your address book or safe list. In some cases you might have to turn off any Spam filters that you have.

I can't remember my password, what should I do?

If you cannot remember your password, just click on the "Reset your password" link on the sign in page. Ladies Who Launch will send a temporary link that you can use to sign in with. You can change your password back to something you can remember by siging in and going to: Account > Change My Password.

When I try to register, it says my email address is already in use. What does this mean?

Once an email address is registered on Ladies Who Launch, it can never be reused for a different account. You may close your extra accounts by contacting support@ladieswholaunch.com, but the email addresses still cannot be reused.

I'm still stuck, what can I do?

  • You are using the wrong email address. Make sure you are using the email address that you used when you registered for the account.
  • You may have misstyped you password. Make sure CAPS LOCK is off. You can reset your password by following the 'forgot password' link on the login page.
  • Your account may be cancelled. If you cancelled your account in the past, you will need to contact customer support to reactivate it.
