How do I change my password?

Sign in and go to your account overview page. There will be a 'Change Password' link. After clicking the link, you will be presented with a form where you can enter a new password. Choose a new password and confirm it. Passwords must be at least 6 characters long. Try to choose a password that is not easy to guess or based on commonly used words like 'password' or '123456'.

How do I change the email address associated with my account?

Sign in and go to your account overview page. Near the top of the page there is a 'Basic Settings' label with an 'Edit' link. Click the link and you you will be presented with a form that allows you to change your email address and other basic personal information.

It is a good idea to keep your email address updated and current since this is how we contact you regarding all things related to your Ladies Who Launch account. Please keep in mind, that if you do change your email address, you will need to use the new address when signing in.

How to I change my email/newsletter preferences?

Sign in and go to your account overview page. There will be a 'Preferences' label with an 'Edit' link. Click the link and you will be presented with a from where you can change your email and newsletter settings.

How do I update my billing information?

You will only need to keep your billing information current if you have purchased a monthly Platinum Program Membership. If you are a Platinum member, there will be an 'Update Billing' label with an 'Edit' link. When you click the link, you will be taken to a secure page that will allow you to update your credit card information that is on file and used for your monthly recurring billing.

How can I view a list of all my purchases?

After signing in and visiting your account overview page, find the heading 'View Your Purchase History' near the bottom of the page. Click the link 'Purchases Page'. Here you will find a detailed listing of all past purchased. You can view them online or print copies for your records.

How can I view a list of events that I have signed up for?

After signing in and visiting your account overview page, find the heading 'View Your Event Signup History' near the bottom of the page. Click the link 'Signups Page'. Here you will find a detailed listing of all Ladies Who Launch events that you have signed up for.

How do I cancel my account?

You can close your account at anytime by signing in and going to your account overview page. Near the bottom of the page there is a 'Cancel Your Account' link. You will be presented with a form that allows you to cancel your account. Please use the form to give us some feedback as to why you are choosing to cancel so that we can better server you in the future. Please contact support@ladieswholaunch.com to have your account closed manually.

Can I close my account and start a new one?

You can. However please note that you cannot use the same email address and that none of your account information will be carried over to the new account. There is usually no need to do this. Contact customer support if you have any questions about this.
