It was at the Day Spa Expo in Vegas in ‘06 that got me excited about the body care and wellness industry. Within a month I quit my full time job and opened up an online store (www.samaliving.com). It was simply a change of scenery and shift in mindset that got me thinking that I could do it. The rest was in the details. My favorite story is of a friend of mine who took off to Italy all by herself after leaving a high-powered position at Cisco. While on a train, as she looked at the gorgeous scenery, she had a total "Ah-Ha" moment... She wanted a way to capture the memories of the trip and she came up with a photo album idea that changed her life. She now owns and operates Adesso Albums (www.adessoalbums.com) a million-dollar+ company. It's no coincidence that "Adesso" means "Now" in Italian!
