My business is … TLE Designs, a hip and modern clothing line for petite women.

My dream is … to use the revenues generated from TLE to start my own international children’s foundation to alleviate poverty.

I launched because … at 4′11″ I had trouble finding great-looking, hip clothes that fit, and I knew I wasn’t the only one out there. When a woman buys clothes that fit her properly and compliment her personality, she has greater self-esteem and can take on the world!

One day you’ll see me … on “The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch” giving advice to others on how to turn a childhood hobby into a business worth millions.

Ladies Who Launch has helped me … to believe in myself when I didn’t think I was qualified to be in the fashion industry, and when my immigrant parents weren’t supportive of my business idea because I was letting them down by venturing away from the “planned” American Dream corporate career path. LWL is like a sisterhood of support!

Gosh, your idea sounds perfect and I think we have a lot in common. I too am trying to start my own fashion line but at the same time would like to start a mentoring program for children so that they will be able to find a career that suits their personality and their lifestyle. Ladies who launch really inspired me and made me see a more vivid picture of my dreams coming true.
