Successful entrepreneurs surround themselves with good people and delegate not just the details, but also major decisions in important aspects of their businesses. Find an accountant, a lawyer, a marketing guru, or an engineer; spend less time trying to learn it all yourself and more time tapping into the knowledge base of others. The effect on your business will be tremendous once you start taking small steps in this direction.”
