SPACE TREAT: Cinch them with a rubber-band, control them with a binder clip, stack them up high, tuck them into the back of your desk drawer…

Anyway you store them, they’re still business cards.

This Space Treat is for all of you wonderful readers who insist on keeping old business cards. Come on… you know who you are… it’s totally fine if you just can’t seem to let them go, so let’s find an easy to use storage system for you.

Of course, I advocate electronic storage of this information in a PDA, yet sometimes I encounter someone who is using a PDA and is still 100% committed to keeping the cards… which could work out ok if you’ve got the space.

Sound familiar? Then check out The Container Store’s Business Card File. It’s only $4.99 and holds dozens of cards. The box is even stackable and comes with dividers for easy categorization.

So if you’re going to bother holding on to these “what if someday I need these” business cards then this is the solution for you.

If you have a home-based business then be sure to check out our 9/12/05 listing on the LWL Launch Pad!

Organizationally yours,
