Because I use so many printable lists and planning pages, I need a good binder that is very portable and convenient to write on. I have found that in Mead’s Notebinder! It is a 3-ring binder, yet acts like a notebook. I place my calendars and daily/weekly planners in the front, my Blog Post Planner in the next section, my newsletter planning pages in the following section, and everything else I need in the remaining 3 sections. The best part is that I can flip the front cover around like a notebook. It is my manual laptop!

I love the digital recorder idea and have used it for years, as have other successful business owners I know!
I also use memos on my PDA to organize my inspirations into groups/themes.
