Rather, run straight towards it head on. Become friends with it, sit with it, acknowledge it, and closely examine what’s causing the fear and how to overcome it. By resisting the temptation to call your old boss and ask for your job back you’ll gain tremendous inner strength beyond any you ever imagined.
