Letting go of control can often be one of the hardest things for the true entrepreneur to do, but the payoff is limitless. Time and time again, I have found that true innovation in one’s company has nothing to do with earth shattering inventions or brand new concepts but has everything to do with individuals within the organization figuring out how to do something better than you could have done it yourself because of their focus and expertise in a certain area. Let the writers write, let the sellers sell and let the administrators manage the details. As the entrepreneur, you bring the pieces together and make sure the pie is complete! So try letting go and let the revenue flow.
