You’ve got to advertise in many media outlets to increase revenue. But as business picks up, be sure to scrutinize each campaign separately – email newsletter, radio, TV, – and identify what spoke to people and why. Don’t put off this crucial step. Just because you slept through super-advanced statistics in college you can do this. It’s really very easy – “How did you hear about my business?” That’s all it takes. Ask every single customer this question. Their answers will provide you with invaluable feedback about which marketing channels worked and which didn’t, allowing you to tweak your tactics and try again. It sounds rudimentary but believe me, it works!
