Until recently, meditation was too “out there” for most people. I was one of them. But these days I’m hooked. I set aside time every day to power down; I don’t plan, analyze, worry, calculate or wonder if I returned that email. Meditation has been shown to increase immunity, reduce stress and promote mental and physical health, affecting your brain the way exercise affects your body. I’m living proof it’s true. I’m stronger, calmer, more focused and more energetic. I look forward to meditating every day and I encourage everyone to try it!
