Whether you work from home or not, a workspace that inspires, propels and engages is an absolute necessity for us lifestyle-minded entrepreneurs. Incorporating relevant and symbolic color tones is a perfect way to kick your workspace design up a notch and position yourself for success. Feng Shui design tradition associates colors with specific emotions. Depending on your goals and inherent strengths, you may want to infuse hues that will optimally impact your ability to succeed and compensate you in weaker areas. For some quick tips, consider the following with respect to color meanings and try enhancing your physical space by adding color where you see lack: Feeling stressed or anxious? Add blue for a calming effect. To attract money and income, incorporate black. If you want to increase your spiritual awareness along with physical and mental healing, consider a dose of purple. Feeling less than self-assured? Try infusing a moderate dose of white which is associated with confidence and purity (for maximum impact, combine with gold or silver). For momentum and joyousness, add yellow (but too much can cause anxiety). Looking to be focused and organized incorporate orange.
