My meetings with clients are several hours; it is upsetting when you see your phone light going (incoming call), call the service when your appointment is over, and no message is left. In my business, many do not like to leave any message. On the other side, I'm still weighing the benefits of hiring a service - I don't know if I want anyone else having that 1st initial contact with a potential client. Tough decisions.
