Indecisiveness is often the root of many challenges that entrepreneurs face. Belaboring decisions is not only a time-waster and energy-drain, but in its extreme, can create mental and physical paralysis. What I’ve found and has been supported by many credible authors of “success-oriented” books is that successful people do their research but know when they’ve gathered sufficient information to make a decision and they make it. They have a keen, almost sixth sense for knowing when enough is enough, a subliminal understanding of when their knowledge-base has reached a point of saturation. The truth is, any decision in life, whether its what to have for breakfast or whether to engage in a business partnership, involves a certain level of risk. And the ability to embrace, even be energized by risk, is the trait that distinguishes entrepreneurs. You can mitigate risk but never eliminate it completely. Once you realize this, decisions become easier and launching, even more fun!
