The best way I know of to gain confidence in your choices and yourself is by setting a series of goals and completing a string of wins in your business. Getting caught up in the big picture works well for creating your high level vision but functions poorly on the day-to-day.
Focus on creating snack-sized wins and celebrate each and every one with snack-sized rewards (a yoga class, glass of wine, one hour of playtime with kids). Incremental wins, like incremental changes, will eventually add up to your big dream win in the end; you likely just can’t feel it yet.
The important thing is that you keep moving in a positive space and avoid setting unrealistic goals that might compromise short term successes and jeopardize a positive frame of mind.
