About The Incubator:
Courtney C. Evans, Leader
Courtney Coles has a passion for business and a commitment to all things natural. She is an experienced financial associate, having served as an equity research analyst and investment banker covering the health, wellness and lifestyle space.
In 2006, life took an interesting turn and Courtney landed in St. Louis, with her now husband. She has acted as a strategic advisor to natural products and health & wellness companies in various stages of growth and currently works virtually for the premier provider of industry intelligence located in San Francisco. She launched her independent consulting business in September 2006.
Besides loving business and all things natural, Courtney loves that women bring unique and unparalleled vision to new and existing ventures - which is precisely why leading the St. Louis incubator for Ladies who Launch was so appealing. She took the leap from the corporate world to lead her own business and believes this is just one of the ways ladies can pursue their dreams, too.
Courtney received her MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College with a focus on Entrepreneurship. She received her BSc. in Marine Biology from James Cook University in Townsville, Australia. She sits on the Board of Trustees of Sailors Snug Harbor, a Boston-based philanthropic foundation that supports fishing communities in times of turmoil and change and is on the Alumni Advisory committee of St. Paul's School, in Concord, New Hampshire, acting as a Form Agent. She is also on the Executive Committee of Nest, a non-profit organization providing microfinance loans to women in developing countries, located in St. Louis and founded by LWL member, Rebecca Kousky.
About the Incubator:
The Incubator Intensive is a 4 week session consisting of up to 8 women, one Ladies Who Launch trained facilitator and a series of patented exercises designed to get you and your business moving in the right direction.
Who is it for? YOU. Or..those who already own a business who want to take it to the next level, others who want to be their own boss but are just launching as well as those who are want to get "unstuck". The Incubator provides homework, exercises and the community needed to make focused progress, provides tools and resources and gives an entree into the greater Ladies Who Launch community. The cost of the 4 week program is $300.
When the Incubator Intensive ends, many women opt to join our year-long Ongoing Incubator program which provides deeper tools, platforms, PR leads, monthly meetings, skill-building workshops, preferred relationships and local message boards that connect products and service people with those who can use them or those they can use. The cost is $300 (or $275 if you join before your Intensive ends. The Incubator Intensive is pre-requisite to Ongoing membership.)
