About The Incubator:
The Incubator was designed to give you and your ideas a perfect growth environment. It's equal parts focus group, resource-sharing space, and supportive community, and then another intangible part that you can't really imagine until you experience it.
The group consists of 8 or so other resourceful, inspiring women who each help one another take their projects, businesses, or ideas to a new place. One night a week for four weeks (or mornings, depending on the schedule), under the leadership of a trained Ladies Who Launch facilitator, you will meet with your group, complete homework for yourself and for each other, and find an uncommon bond that exists between women traveling down their own path. Cost $350.00

Incubators empower women personally and professionally, strengthening their spirits and offering a detoxification from the status quo. In the context of an Incubator, slowing down can equate to forward movement. A positive attitude is a non-negotiable demand. Negativity and self-deprecation are forbidden.

FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS!!! That is the essence of this enterprising business owner and visionary woman. Frances Crespo is passionate about helping women--especially helping other women achieve their dreams. She is the woman of a thousand ideas and has been diagnosed as a professional business junkie by all of those who work closely with her. She not only dreams about what is next, she is a doer. Frances is determined to realize her dreams and making the impossible possible.
With a humble beginning in Puerto Rico as a teenage single mom, Frances idea to live her dreams propelled her to work incessantly with a full-time job and two part-time jobs while carrying a full load in college and taking care of her two children. She believed in following her dreams to finish college, join the Navy and make a difference. She realized her dreams when she graduated from college and received her commission as an Officer in the United States Naval Reserve. She has served for over 18 years and holds the rank of Lieutenant Commander. After working for many years in the defense industry and as a Spanish Instructor/Translator, she decided to venture into the business world and with the help of her family started a retail women's enterprise that specializes in European imports. Her women's European retail model has garnished international attention and is in the process of expanding their horizons to new areas with an outstanding and comprehensive business model.
Frances graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, a MS in Education from Old Dominion University and is a graduate of the Army Staff College in Ft. Leavenworth, KS.

A few years ago, Nicolette decided to embark on a new exploration that would take her beyond her comfort zone. Nicolette took leave from her job at Time Warner, sold her apartment in New York City and spent six months in India studying art and yoga. Her investigation led her to her latest entrepreneurial effort - Compass Point Associates, LLC, a coaching and consulting business dedicated to helping people live vibrant lives defined by their own personal vision rather than the roles carved out by society, family, obligation or the past.
Through her own personal exploration Nicolette has learned that moving beyond comfort can open up new possibilities, present opportunities for learning and provide a greater understanding of underlying strength. She established Compass Point Associates to give people the tools they need to boldly create the lives they want to live.
Nicolette is an avid traveler and enjoys hiking, cooking and entertaining. She speaks fluent Italian and studied at the University of Firenze before graduating from George Washington University. She went on to work with non-profits, government agencies, mid-sized PR firms, large corporations and burgeoning entrepreneurial enterprises.
