It's one part focus group, another part resource sharing, another part supportive community and then another intangible part that you can't really imagine until you experience it.

Cynthia is the President and Creative Director of Cynthia Martyn Events Inc., a highly successful event planning & design firm specializing in luxury weddings and social events, and corporate functions and trade shows. Bringing Ladies Who Launch to Toronto has helped Cynthia answer one of her greatest callings -- mentoring, motivating and coaching Toronto's dynamic women to live their dreams, overcome obstacles and make their creative and business plans a reality.
Over the past two years, over 100 women in Toronto have brought dynamic projects to the Incubator, made an impact in each others lives, and motivated each other to stop procrastinating and just make it happen! It is my hope that you will take the step forward, and join us. Participating in the Incubator is one of the most inspirational, dynamic environments for launching or expanding your own business or creative project, let's make dreams come true!

The Incubator 4 week intensive consists of ten women, one Ladies Who Launch trained facilitator and a series of patented exercises designed to get you moving in the right direction.
Who is it for? The Incubator is for the following people: Those who already own a business who want to take it to the next level, others who want to be their own boss but are just launching as well as those who are at a crossroads and not sure where to go next. Many freelancers and consultants also find the Incubator to be an invaluable offering as it is instrumental in monetizing the service, talent or skill of the provider.
The Incubator provides homework, exercises and the community needed to make focused progress, provide tools and resources and give an entree into the greater Ladies Who Launch community. Cost $275.00.

When the Incubator Intensive ends, many women opt to join our year-long Ongoing Incubator program which provides deeper tools, platforms, PR leads, monthly meetings, skill-building workshops, preferred relationships and local message boards that connect products and service people with those who can use them or those they can use. Incubator Intensive is pre-requisite to Ongoing membership.)

Säbeen is a corporate escape artist.
In 2007 she turned in her stilettos,
left the high ranks of Corporate America
and walked away from the world of 6 figures
looking for life, love and the pursuit of creativity.
As fate would have it- she ended up
on the doorstep of Ladies Who Launch.
With so many ideas and no clue where to start
she took the first step and signed up for an incubator....
There she was greeted by positive, like-minded women,
she was re-introduced to her own creativity and passions
and she found a place to expand, clarify and move forward in her life.
It was not long after that Säbeen joined on as a Co-Leader
and started leading Incubators of her own.
As opportunities continued to knock
Säbeen soon found herself chosen to be
mentored by Martha Beck, NY Times Bestselling
author and Oprah's very own life coach.
Säbeen is getting ready to launch one of her brands this fall:
