She is passionate about helping women find support, inspiration, resources and knowledge as they embark on the launch of their dream or the growth of their business. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Jan was inspired to start on her entrepreneurial path at an early age. She earned her BS in Marketing from the Business School at the University of Colorado and has gained experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business through upper management positions in the corporate environment and by launching several start-ups. She also stays involved in the family businesses she helped develop and co-owns with her husband. You might say she fully embraces her entrepreneurial spirit! Jan is an innovative leader and savvy businesswoman. She maximizes her strengths as a strategist, connector, and motivator with every project she undertakes. She is a sought after speaker and writes on entrepreneurship for the Examiner.com Married, with two grown daughters, Jan enjoys the arts and cultural activities, dining out, planning social activities, and spending time with her family and friends. She volunteers for Jr. Achievement, several non-profits and commutes between her urban loft in downtown LA and her ranch in Boulder, CO. Lisa Hart's professional career spans more than 25 years as an executive and business adviser. She is known for her leadership, business savvy and results-oriented approach. She is considered a thought leader in her field, published author and trusted advisor. Lisa started her career in Sales and then moved to Marketing where she spent several years in the Corporate Environment in such roles as Vice President of Marketing, Alliances, Product Management, and Business Development for both start-ups as well as public companies. Utilizing her broad knowledge and experience, she started her own business consulting company to help small businesses expand their growth and opportunity. Lisa lives in Boulder, CO with her husband and 2 children. She loves spending time at the beach and the mountains. Her growing interest in a sustainable lifestyle has been an inspiration for developing her online business, FEW Resources, www.fewresources.com. Jan and Lisa fused together their valuable business insights and expertise, and drawing inspiration from their great, great grandmother's courage and determination as the first woman doctor in Georgia, they founded Back 2 Our Roots. The company incorporates business fundamentals with ongoing innovations in Marketing, Sales and Business practices to offer coaching, webinars, ebooks and workshops. |
