Holistic health counseling helps you achieve your health and wellness goals. I start with a focus on your primary foods such as personal relationships and career and how an imbalance in these areas can lead to disruptions in food choices. We'll discuss your health goals - including weight loss, organic eating, controlling cravings, and just generally living a healthy and happy lifestyle. My 6-month program includes twice monthly sessions, email support, recipes, handouts, and my ongoing support as you embark on a healthier life. You can choose to enroll in the full 6-month program or take it one month at a time. This program is about you and your goals, so its flexible to meet your needs.
