In a moment of chaos a little voice within asked a simple question:  What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?  These profound words had a great impact on Nicole's life.   This began her journey of bliss and happiness.  Nicole believes in the importance of finding one's purpose and never giving up on your childhood dreams.  She has a love for empowering women and igniting one's passions.

Nicole dances through life surrounding herself with creative and dynamic leaders, the movers and shakers of business. She comes from a corporate background in finance and accounting, working for some of the biggest names in the retail and consulting industry.  It is here where Nicole learned the art of leadership, inspiration and entrepreneurship.  With her abundance of experience Nicole has been able to create concepts for several companies and non-profit organizations allowing her to live her purpose of making a difference in the world.

Nicole believes in the words of Oprah Winfrey stating that "when your life is on course with its purpose, you are your most powerful".  Nicole has always been fascinated by women who are living their dreams and through vision and heart she found herself at the door step of Ladies Who Launch.  Ladies Who Launch provided Nicole with an amazing support system of incredible women and an environment to dream big with no boundaries.

Nicole graduated with a Bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship and Business from the University of Connecticut and is currently seeking a Life Coach Certification from Dr. Martha Beck, best selling author and columnist for O Magazine.  Nicole enjoys world travel, designing handbags, running, inspirational stories, sports (especially baseball), reading a great book and making a difference in the world.
