Melody knew at an early age that women were not the weaker sex.  Growing up in a family where both parents worked corporate jobs and had side businesses, becoming a serial entrepreneur was completely natural for Melody. 

After completing her MBA at Simmons, an all-women business school, Melody spent a number of years in the corporate arena of financial services. It was there that she became CMO in a division of an established banking institution designed to build communities across New England.  Much of her work involved bringing banking services to emerging markets, pioneering multicultural marketing, anchoring urban neighborhoods with new homeowners and helping small business people across the region prosper and succeed.  
Branching out on her own, Melody became a successful marketing consultant, helping clients both large and small hone their marketing efforts to achieve measurable results.  Melody has also consulted with many women entrepreneurs, helping them find the support and resources they need to soar.

Melody has been a part of the Ladies Who Launch community since her 2008 incubator experience.  She and her incubator group continue to meet for dinner to this day to help inspire each other!   This extraordinary group of women entrepreneurs has proven to be a terrific source of support, inspiration, referrals, ideas and laughter.  Melody is thrilled to be taking the reins to lead Ladies Who Launch Boston and build an incredible community of successful women entrepreneurs!
